With the Plusee Brasil app you have easy access to information on your food, meal and other benefit cards. You have access to the balance and statement of your benefit cards, network of establishments and exclusive promotions.

Here, you can also recover or change your card passwords, block it in case of loss or theft or unlock new cards. It's more agility for you to enjoy life with what really matters!

If you have more than one card, you will be able to access their balance by just entering information from one of them!

See how simple it is to use the Plusee Brasil app:

1. Complete the registration form only once. It's quick! It will help preserve the security of your information.

2. Validate one of your benefit cards - this process will also only need to be carried out once.

3. Done! Now you will have access to your statement, balance and can check where cards are accepted.

It's worth knowing:

- If you already use the Plusee website to check your balance and statement, your login and password will be the same as the website. If you forgot, no problem! Just click the “forgot my password” button and we will send you a new one!

- You can find nearby establishments that accept cards through our geolocation search. Remember to leave your smartphone's location service enabled.

Genuinely the worst app and service too. I curse my (now former) employer for forcing me to use it everyday. App always bugging, crashing, closing (it flashes that horrible green screen with the logo anytime you so much as breathe). I just updated it, had to log in again, and even after multiple tries cannot even see how much I have left in my wallet. Literally THE most basic function and the app can't do it and no, I can't see it elsewhere. Very strict and controlling service too, dehumanizing.

it's the second time in the month that I'm trying to pay with pluxee pay virtual card and somehow the created cards just disappears and the app gets stuck while trying to create and register a new one in pluxee pay. I'm not being able to use my benefit because of this buggy app.

The app became so unstable recently. It requires updates too often and deliver a poor experience in terms of connectivity; the balance rarely is showing up to date.
