Very buggy, takes a long time to load, very un intuitive interface and every time I open the app it tells me my information is out of date and prompts me to update. When I try, it just spins and spins until I shut it down and start over again. It's just a very mediocre app. It's very clear not much effort was put into its creation or maintenance.

I have been a priority pass member using this app for the past year. I travel a great deal and I can tell you this app and membership have been useless. Almost no club accepts priority pass. The app shows locations but you are not told that access is elusive. The app and certainly the membership are a waste of time and money!

Subscribed and immediately regretted it after discovering that LA airport, one of the busiest, has no lounge. The app was no help in that discovery. Ads clutter the interface. Why try to sell me more stuff when I already bought priority? Airport maps are difficult to use on a phone. Redesign the thing. Main reasons for the app is to find a lounge and and validate membership. Don't care about workspaces and car rentals. I will attempt to cancel and get my money back. I don't hold much hope.
