Update: Fantastic team. Issues reported and they worked quickly to resolve it. App is back to normal. / Prev Comment: App used to work normally until the most recent update malfunctions. Connected devices dont not properly sync when tried to power on/off via app, same goes for settings change, and the timer totally doesnt even work for connected ACs and air purifiers. Reinstalled app as advised by support, and it goes on level up where the Maintenance and Settings tab display a blank gray page.

app is horrible, having so many technical issues. newly bought an air purifier but since it can only be controlled by the app, when app is down, can't turn it on at all during this hazy period!

Due to a recent app upgrade, using the app to remote the aircon trigger a FO error code. Is that how prism+ get more of the service maintenance business? Currently using the manual way to on and off aircon. Do not recommend Prism+. A wifi aircon is not good, giving lots of problem. - have checked before reviewing. is not due to gas leak. manual on off using remote no issue only when using the app then the power cut off causing the FO error code.
