garbage! this app is beyond unresponsive and it literally has to be closed and reset every single time I open it. once it's open it just sits with the loading spinner /buffering timer and doesn't respond to ANY settings you've entered. it literally just times out constantly and I have to go to the thermostat and physically change it making this app useless and unnecessary. uninstalled.

Love the thermostat. Has the ability to change the temperature from my phone anywhere. Has the ability to run a schedule. But the app is extremely frustrating and quirky to try and program the schedule. I'm tapping on the buttons 3-4 times before anything happens, and it doesn't seem to let me edit more than one thing at once or edit it again after saving, you have to back all the way out of the schedule and go back to it to change each time period.

This app annoys me to no end. It never seems to be actually connected to my thermostat. I don't have a schedule or anything complicated. I just would like to adjust it from my phone if I wake up warm/cool during the night. Every time I try, I get a "thermostat offline" error. The suggested fixes fix nothing. It'll show me that it was last online at approx 7pm, every time. I am frustrated that we can't even utilize the app for the simplest of things. We got this back in 2018. Still useless.
