Ratings and reviews

I've used builders trend for years. I swapped over to Probuild a little over a year ago, and so far, so good for the most part. It would be nice to have a break option instead of having guys clock in and out for lunch or personal matters, etc.. Invoicing definitely needs some simplification. I currently have to use other software for invoicing. If there's a way to click on a client, send specific notes or descriptions and photos in an electronic invoice. I'd love to know.

Have used the app for the last few months, and mostly works well for our business. A couple things really need improved or added to make this app truly functional. -All projects associated with a client should show on the client's info page. -We should be able to create change orders within the app. This is the most common document needed during a project & it would be nice if this was part of the workflow within the app.

I would not recomend this app for your business. I have used it for the last couple of months and have had issues with it. Most importantly, my invoices keep ending up in my clients SPAM folder. This has delayed me getting paid for several invoices. Also, it is extremely difficult to include photos of work performed in the invoice. It should be a simple act to include photos but when my coworker takes photos in the app, they will not transfer into the invoice. This app is dissapointing.
