The app will automatically detect the adjusters current location, and let them define their destination. Once the travel begins, it will continuously track their trip. When the destination is reached, the trip is logged for future reference and saved to the cloud
The app lets the adjuster capture a range of local and outstation expenses – flight / train / taxi, accommodation, miscellaneous, fuel etc.
It considers GIC norms in preparing the voucher, allocating travel fee based on the location of travel, and integrating this voucher with the final bill
The location detection also allows employees to key in attendance at their office location with the tap of a button
For management users, dashboard across branches, regions and country gives real time status on organizational attendance
