The app is really bad lately. Surveys constantly crash. If you accidentally press back button during survey it closes. And often times there is a screen that says this can't be right and when you click continue it takes you to a print error page. Trying to submit a ticket crashes half the time too. clearly they don't read reviews. ive tried to use their help section to report but it crashes. Since the app updated I don't get notifications anymore. So missing the pointperks daily.

It no longer let's you see the points ledger in the app. You get an error screen with a link that takes you to the desktop version, where you can access the ledger but you lose the other functionality of the app. I believe this has been since the last update but I'm not sure of the timing.

okay until they suspended my account for some unknown reason. it is an okay app and website to make a little extra money. tried to do the daily goals and found I had to login. tried logging in and it said my account was suspended and to contact customer support. tried sending a ticket and it told me to log in to send a ticket for issues.
