So, for Bingo, I need to enter a points perk in the app . The latest version displays the icon at the very top of the screen so I can't tap on it. I thought I found a solution with a visual aids option that displayed on the main part of the screen but I didn't get credit for that Bingo square. The app doesn't let me spin the screen when I move the phone to 1 side or upside down. I have a Google Pixel 6. How do I resolve this?

Almost every time I try to use this app it gives me an error code "oops this can't be right"! Sometimes I clear the cache and it works again and sometimes it only works for a couple minutes after doing that. There is no update for it either. And a lot of times if I actually manage to put a receipt in, it does not go through because something happens while it's trying to go through . As far as I know, this is the same co. as Swagbucks and being that big you think these apps would work right!?

I loved this app until the Magic Receipts feature started not working. When I try to submit my receipt pictures, I just get an error message. This happens whether I am on Wi-Fi or not. I uninstalled and reinstalled as customer care recommended and it did not fix the problem. If they were trying to prevent me from earning points for my receipts, this would be an excellent way to go about it.
