the game payout needs to be better and customer service faster. I finished multiple levels on a game, it went to pending almost immediately I get to the bonus pay level ($28) and I did it 16 hours earlier than I was supposed to just to wake up today and it says it expired.. so now I gotta contact customer service which claims don't submit a claim for 2 to 7 days then it could take 30 days to resolve , I've been with my points since day 1 almost but they need to do better!!!!!

Not best app for scanning receipts, you have to go through too many steps just to scan one receipt You have to find the store/brand, take a picture using your camera or upload file, add items to your cart that might be eligible for extra points, etc. I think it's a hassle to go through all of that just to get 2 points or a few extra. Definitely not the most user friendly app. Seldom use for receipts because it takes forever to scan in and earn enough points to cash out unless you play games.

The app is really bad lately. Surveys constantly crash. If you accidentally press back button during survey it closes. And often times there is a screen that says this can't be right and when you click continue it takes you to a print error page. Trying to submit a ticket crashes half the time too. clearly they don't read reviews. ive tried to use their help section to report but it crashes. Since the app updated I don't get notifications anymore. So missing the pointperks daily.
