Almost every time I try to use this app it gives me an error code "oops this can't be right"! Sometimes I clear the cache and it works again and sometimes it only works for a couple minutes after doing that. There is no update for it either. And a lot of times if I actually manage to put a receipt in, it does not go through because something happens while it's trying to go through . As far as I know, this is the same co. as Swagbucks and being that big you think these apps would work right!?

The app is very laggy, freezes up you have to keep clicking to change what you want to unfreeze the app. You can't go backwards in a store. Otherwise you're dropped from the store you're using at that specific time. It sucks having to start all over again. As for taking the surveys offered, it's very biased. If you're up in age, you're rejected a lot. I shouldn't have to speak Spanish inorder to take a survey. Most of the surveys have not been reviewed prior to posting. Waste of my time.

I love Mypoints for starters. But... when you updated the app the last time it refuses to open no matter how many times I uninstall and reinstall it. I have sent messages to Google regarding it as well, but nothing has worked. It would be nice to get it working again. I hate that I have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling just to hit the log in to Mypoints App to do list item. UPDATE: everything fixed after last update. Good job!
