Ratings and reviews

Pointless and waste of time. Downloaded app because after signing up on Web, saw 10% welcome discount offer. But code not recognised, despite them showing this offer in email and then in app. Also, randomly logs me out or shows error codes and no live customer service option. Looking at previous reviews now, it's obvious these are ongoing problems and not seeing any review responses make me think they're not bothered.

Don't normally leave reviews but this was a terrible experience from start to finish. Promoted a release with early access to basketball shoes for paid elite members and not only didn't send out the early access (despite 3 reps assuring me that it was just a delay) but the app then immediately crashed at the public launch after waiting an hour. 30min later the app still won't open and I was told that this whole thing was down to 'user error'.

The app is extremely unresponsive and buggy! It doesn't function fit enough to use! Also, the 10% welcome voucher does not work, which was the only reason I downloaded the app, and wasted my time! I will be uninstalling immediately!
