It's crucial for small to medium tier project. Although, most project uses separate accounting; but it's helpful to Get RealTime User Response about cost happened. 1) Cost Feature On/Off Toggle Button in Main Options (Settings). If someone don't need, would disable this. 2) Currently SUBTASKS has single text box. Put along another 2 text box which navigable by TAB. 1st for Estimated Budget, 2nd for Actual Cost. Only Task creator propose budget along task creation. Followers only access to cost field. 3) All Subtasks Budget and Cost show with Main Tasks (Read Only) in different color. All Tasks Budget and Cost Sum of a certain Project will show with Project Name in Project list. Thus, a network will show respective Budget and Cost for all subordinate Tasks. ((B)) Scrum Board: Develop a Scrum Board View for all Tasks, basis on Task Stage, Tasks Slip(with subtask list), priority, deadline, followers etc. Which substitutes Tasks View functionality. Thanks.
This app works well. Interface could be improved a bit. My biggest concern is that it will stop working - it hasn't been updated since 2014. I am surprised that Jive hasn't shown it more love - I would think many people would use their phones or tablets to manage tasks. All of our staff use this app almost exclusively. Produccteev is very powerful. And the free offering is excellent. Thank you! An offline mode would be a good addition.
Great but could be better My tasks are fired up quickly after I open the app unlike another task management app I know. Would like to be able to use it offline anf then just let it sync later when I have internet connection. Also, not sure if I overlooked this setting somewhere, but I'd like to see my tasks categorized into Today, Tomorrow, This Week just like in the web app.
Superior product! I just installed Producteev tonight and already it surpasses so many other apps I've tried, providing features that the others refuse to offer. Keep up the great work! *** UPDATE *** I dropped a star since the app requires an internet connection to use. How about storing a copy of task data locally, allowing task creation when offline, and then syncing when online?
Good but needs work It's a better task and project management app than Nozbe and Asana, but it needs some important features: offline support, tablet support, Google Now "note to self" voice action support, full immersive mode support, a better widget. I want to be able to check tasks off on the widget and quickly change settings on the fly. I want more widget themes; better granular control over background color and transparency and text color. Priority stars currently don't display properly.
Google login issues While they state they can login from Google. If you have 2 Google accounts (one work and one personal) it won't let you select which account to login with. This prevents me being able to use the app, one I may have considered paying for premium on, and now I'm just going to look for other platforms
