The name of the app is Rupali Bank sure cash yet you can't add any money from the very bank, what an irony. Moreover, No bill pay option, which is a prime task of any bank. The name of the bank should be removed from the app. It’s confusing otherwise, the app is okay.

Please don't use this app. I did mobile recharge for 3 times in my 2 numbers, they cut amount from my sureCash account but the amount didn't add in my sim numbers. I didn't face this kind of issue never ever in others mobile banking app.

The app is useful. But the agents don't want to cash in money. So, I can't use it because of zero balance. It's very disappointing. From where can I cash in sure cash personal account??
