Landlords who are using ProHomes may allow their tenants to submit maintenance request via their smartphones 24/7 without being disturbed. Landlords may direct the requests directly to the handyman or manage the situation themselves. Tenants are guided through a 4 click process that creates a very detailed work request. They click icons to indicate the type of issue, the location with the home, and more. The app access the camera functions of the smartphone to easily attach images needed to make quick repairs and document damage. Tenants may submit more than one issue. Tenants must agree that if the damages are a result of their behavior or otherwise their financial behavior, that the landlord reserves the right to charge for the repairs.
Looking to Rent
Landlords are invited to advertise their available units – homes, apartments, etc… - for free via ProHomes.com and one of the 20+ sites they will appear is Rentfire and its app. Prospective renters can easily learn over 100 important attributes of the unit. If they are interested, the Rentfire app syncs seamlessly to the landlords’ ProHomes phone system or their personal phone if entered.
