once i get into the waiting in queue page, i cannot see number of patients in queue before me, i cannot see whether there really is a doc available, i cannot navigate to any other screen in app or i'll lose queue position. been waiting for 2 hours in that useless waiting in queue screen with no visibility into whether there's even a doctor. wasteof time. bloody bad design.

App is really bad. Second time using it and I am still unable to use the camera function, the buttons during the call does not work. The Dr had to cancel my call and I waited so extremely long in queue. Very poor experience

After the recent update, couldn't connect to the doctor and I have been stuck at the video recording part for past 10mins. I tried to kill the app, uninstall and reinstall, I'm surprised to see the same page recording still. Sucky that this got to happen when you waited for 8am to teleconsult, and for the past 30mins I couldn't do anything.
