Just a bad app and I can't change to English. It doesn't tell you how much you have after each transaction just how much you spent. So if i used my card 4 times in a day it will show all the transactions but only the final balance not after each transaction like other bank apps do. Lots of updates and I have to relaunch the app every time I use it or it says I didn't close the app properly or I'm in the middle of a session. Lots of updates. Just a horrible app.

My phone died, got a new one and now I can't log in with MY username and password on this new device because this device is not authorised... So incredibly ridiculous! How am I supposed to log in now? I have no time to go to the bank and that shouldn't even be needed as I have a username and password.

You cannot pay your bills and it is harder to make transfer. Also I want to change my phone number and even on website it doesn't show an option. It was better previus application. Really bad app

¡Hola Irvin Campos! Para hacer pagos de servicios, tienes que colocar la llave de tu factura y seleccionar “Listo” y te brindara la información de monto a pagar luego eliges la cuenta donde deseas tomar tus fondos y seleccionas pagar. Cualquier consulta adicional contactate al 2513-5000. ¡Saludos!
