ProNOV is a business intelligence, digital financial inclusion, and supply chain management application designed for use in retail market. ProNOV can be accessed both on mobile app and desktop interoperable with cloud infrastructures supported at the back-end. Version 1.0 is designed for use in pharmacy retailing but can still be used by other retailers.
ProNOV mobile app has the following features:
1. Inventory management: ProNOV mobile app provides remote monitoring capability exclusively provided to store owners to checkmate theft and poor record keeping perpetrated by store attendants.
2. Low-stock alert functionality: This feature ensures pharmacies have real-time notification messages sent to them as drugs go below a set threshold and triggers stock refill at the click of a button. This sends directly to our backend where it is collated and transferred to the manufacturers for order fulfillment.
3. Just-in-Time Delivery: You have the ORDER button that takes your stock. Once your order is fulfilled, you will be notified and we deliver in few hours to retailers (Applicable in Lagos State for now).
4. Accounting functionality: ProNOV helps you do a real-time accounting of your sales.
5. Data analytics: This feature allows merchants to view their sales trend and export data into excel sheet
6. Bulk upload: You can upload all your product details following the template. Our algorithm captures the details and match appropriately. This means you don't have to manually input the details on your other inventory apps.
