Ratings and reviews

I was just looking for a simple app that would tell me my benefits. And Providers does that, but oh boy it does so much more. Banking, a debit card, earlier payments, transaction records, locations/places to use EBT benefits, discounts and coupons, even JOBS NEAR YOU that you can apply for ON THE SPOT. I am absolutely blown away at the capacity of this one app. And yes, they even do non-EBT benefits like SSI and Social Security. It is so convenient, I hope to use this app for a long time!

I am always looking for improvement in this app, but let me state that the " survey" options are beyond frustrating. The worst idea ever when they work so poorly. I have yet to make it to the end of one survey,most of them ask 1 to 10 questions before stating "this is not a good fit"..sure now that I've wasted 10 mins! Or, one of my favorites, it says " we have a perfect survey for you", followed by the page loading for infinity. Don't waste your time. Stick with what do right Providers .

The app is great, nice not having to call in to get your balance. It also posts updates like when we get a increase from cost of living going up. They're not affiliated with the DHS so you can't modify or renew your benefits on here. You can however track your spending and look at previous deposits. Thank you Providers for this app. Great job, Keep up the good work..
