Will not refresh, frozen in time. Put in a work order with very detailed info on the problem, and my platform. My response was "need more info." They got all I could offer the first time, but I attempted to be clearer. Got another response that said "need more info." Im guessing they wanted me to supply code changes. One of the magnitude of problems with outsourcing is that they don't know what questions to ask. Could be good with a few changes, and more user revision capacity.
Well... The app is great to get information. However... Being the maintenance coordinator for a large company and not being able to create and manage work orders... This app is useless to me. I cant manage maintenance from the field which means I am desk docked most of my time. I hope there is an option to handle this issue in the future. If that happens... Property ware will be th eking of management apps!
Great app Great app and the ability to have the tenant and contact information even without Internet is a huge plus. Previous posts login problems are due to the product not being live until 1/30/2015. Great start and I know we will see updates to strengthen the app.
Never updates..pretty much useless besides the first day you set it up. After day one is over, good luck.
App is helpful but.. Would be better if you could add work orders and close them from the app
U guys need to update this app. I cannot see any clients but one. This app has many potential. Please fix it asap.
