The app works good. But being partners with Celadon, you would think there would be a better selection of loads. Is there plans on expanding Celadon's available freight? As a lease operator at Celadon for 4+ years, I am very familiar with the running lanes. To new users of this app, do not depend on this app for your loads/revenue. You will go broke.
Since the update I have uninstalled the old app and downloaded the app again and can not see any loads however celadon says my enrollment is complete and before the update I couldn't see freight rates
The app is great but Celadon sucks!! Never could book a load because I find out now that the total deadhead miles can't exceed 10% of the total loaded miles. Most of the loads exceed 10% which results in error, exceeding Celadon's allowable deadhead miles. So, if you try to get a 500 mile load, the deadhead can't be more than 50 miles. Of course they can't be honest and up front with their drivers and tell them this before they waste their time.
No matter where I am, even if in the same town, I can never request a load due to being 544 miles away. Celadon confirms my location is accurate. Freightrover still thinks I am somewhere far away from where Celadon's system has me set.
Great app!! I love it and plus it keeps me moving with my operations. With only minor issues here and there. The support team is quick with resolving issues at hand...... two thumbs up!!
What baffles me is how im paying for this app but every load I select keeps saying that the deadhead miles exceed celadons allowed miles and deadhead miles are only 50 miles. Is there a setting in the app or are their other controls celadon has that we as paying drivers can't control?
