Love it. Actually was lookin for an app to track my runs and it works great. What really impressed me is that it knew when i went from running to walking and didn't add the two together. It split the walking/running segments and tallied them in those categories. I run around the city and stop alot due to traffic/intersections....because of that feature, i was given a very accurare measurement for the segments i ran and the segments i had to walk.
Rating changes as much as app performance I use this a lot and even link with my Vitality for it. But it seems every update messes it up again and lately it csnt figure out I am walking. Count for the same journey can vary a lot. Overall not bad and worth having but just need to keep on top of all the bugs
Needs a lot more precision and awareness I like the concept very much, but the results are frequently bizarre, eg right now, after a 2 hour walk, I get credit for 40 steps. Often dismisses several kilometers of walking and can't handle a mix of transport & walks well. Google Fit gives me on average 50% more steps and distance and maps my tours very accurately. Needs much improvement but perhaps worth waiting for.
Sometimes works great Normally the app works great but on occasion will not count steps. Such as today, I've walked over 12km but the app says only 101 steps and has no history of my day. I've probably lost about 8 days worth of counts in 2 months because of this.
Lost Steps I am trying out different walking apps. The Samsung Health app is a lot more accurate! I am currently at 8000 steps for today. The Moves app says I only have 4849 steps, and its been stuck at that range for about an hour. it records steps, then resets itself, or starts counting after i took 5 steps
Doesn't track distance properly Sometimes when walking, and particularly when cycling, the app straight-lines between points on my journey. My 5.5 mile cycle to/from work sometimes gets recorded as 3.5 miles because of this. Needs work.
