If you want me to use the app to book my appointments, make sure it works in the first place. Can't even get it to go to the service screen half the time, and the other half of the time when I do get there, the options don't work, it pulls a drop down menu that has no other options. I go to feedback to provide feedback, it crashes. I go to FAQ, it crashes. This app does nothing.

Are you guys ignoring all of the feedback given? It took the app ages to load after I clicked on 'sign up' and once that was done, no activation email was sent to me. I continued without signing in and booked a service appointment for my car. God knows if it was successful or not. Now I would have to call the service centre to confirm my appointment. I downloaded this app so that I could book an appointment without having to call anyone. Joke's on me I guess. Dahlah sc ni jenis tak angkat call.

I downloaded this app to make service appointment, but in the service page, the car model drop-down menu has nothing for me to choose, also the state drop down menu. I called the hotline, busy all the time. End up going to nearby service center to make appointment by person. By the way, the website also couldn't make appointment, the website is updated until 2019, don't even have x50 and x70 to choose.
