Ratings and reviews

It runs slow and has a number of annoying menu and interface decisions. For example, the tracker for super rewards checking is two menus deep and takes a long time to load, if it manages to load at all. Additionally, when changing passwords, the app does not allow you to view your new password as you type it so you can ensure you're entering what you think you are, nor does it tell you whether your password and confirm password entries match until after you submit.

This app used to work efficiently with the login process. Unfortunately after the maintenance that provident and the app did, the app just isn't the same anymore. the login process takes so long and sometimes doesn't even work. I have to rely on the web browser to log in and even that process takes so long that my phone falls asleep before the login happens and then provident says there's no Internet because my phone fell asleep and the process starts over again.

Used to be a great app...I stopped using the biometrics and only use the sign in. Generally it works pretty good, but there are way too many times that the app hangs or returns an error. When it works, it's great. The way the app labels payments it never sees my phone bill as a bill, so my Experian boost doesn't work. Can you stabilize the app, get the biometrics working regularly and recognize bill payments? Thanks.
