With the Provident mobile app you are in control of your daily banking needs. Manage your accounts with just a few taps. Features include:

The app has evolved and has fewer problems (I am updating it's treating from ★ to ★★). I couldn't figure how to setup automated payment for a credit card, and it should be there. I was only offered automated fixed amount transfers, which doesn't quite make it. I also am unable to retrieve my statements neither through the app nor through their website. 🙃 Update: Email validation was fixed and now I can see my statements.

While I can do basic functions, hitting the back button does one of three things: Kicks me out, results in a "Denied" type message or hangs the app. App is very clunky and slow. 2fa is not consistent and needs work. Sadly, cannot recommend banking with Provident to others based on app user experience. I have submitted suggestions for improvement but not sure they are getting through.

When it works it's a great app, with everything you need. Problem is, the timer continues to spin when moving from one section to another, sometimes making it so you have to close an reopen it multiple times to complete your tasks or, on occasion, making it so you have to uninstall and reinstall.
