it's a good app but two things aren't good. one is that I have to click Confirm after setting up bill pay and sometimes I forget and so it doesn't get set up and I then have big problems with those co. panties for not paying. can we skip that extra step? it's redundant and unnecessary. The other problem is sometimes having trouble using the mobile app for certain banking needs and I have to get on my computer for those.

With the new app, still having sign in issues. When I access my account and it goes the extra step for verification to sign on, most of the time the verification number is never sent. Very frustrating when trying to bank on the app. Update:still not working. This sucks and is steering us away from Provident. I've been a loyal member since about 1992. Your temporary remedy is to use a desktop but not everyone has one.

I've been with Provident since 1986. Unfortunately, their transition to mobile apps has been a disaster. The latest version consistently times out before I can do anything much more than view account balances. It refuses to accept a digital print sign-on, and crashes far too often. When I tried to do a mobile deposit, I couldn't reach any part of the menu that would let me do it. This is such a poor app that Provident should either scrap it and start from scratch, or think about hiring a new app developer.
