Update: You ask I update my app, but the last time an update was published was over a year ago. I'm not sure what update you are referring to. ------------------------------Original: You cannot generate receipt, only God knows where you get the data on account statistics page from, back button from account statistics doesn't work, the page keeps loading and only way to get access back to the app is to close it and start again.

I downloaded the ProvidusPlus app and I have been trying to log in just after I registered successfully. It kept on bringing out error message " invalid username", when I'm so sure that the username and password are correct. Currently I have uninstalled the first app and have downloaded another one. It's quite frustrating. Edited: I ve been able to log in, thanks to their customer care. The issue now is that I can't do transfer or any transactions. Providus bank should improve their mobile app.

To say it all, it's a useless and unhelpful App. One of the best trash App on play store. Google should delete the app. It's a frustrating app. You waste data install the app go on tedious registration and later you can't log in again, while keeping on telling you INVALID USERNAME. when on earth I'm sure on what i use as a username and password. The app suck ! I'm out until they're ready.
