About this app

ChameleonMini is a versatile tool for practical NFC and RFID security analysis, compliance and penetration tests, and various end-user applications. The freely programmable platform can create perfect clones of various existing commercial smartcards, including cryptographic functions and the Unique Identifier (UID). It can be employed to assess security aspects in RFID and NFC environments in different attack scenarios, such as replay or relay attacks, state restoration attacks, sniffing of NFC communication, or functional tests of RFID equipment. New firmware for the ChameleonMini can be comfortably uploaded via a USB bootloader. A convenient, human-readable command set allows to configure its behavior and update the settings and content of up to eight internally stored, virtualized contactless cards. During battery-powered stand-alone operation, the integrated buttons and LEDs enable user interaction and feedback.

To connect the easy way 1. Enable Bluetooth and Location (BLE needs it) before you open the app 2. Place Chameleon Tiny without power cable on a contactless reader so white RF led is on 3. Search with the app and follow instructions, no prior connection is needed

I have been using the app with my chameleon tiny pro and am loving it. This thing can flawlessly emulate even the manufacturer's block so that it is indistinguishable from the real card. The one question I have is about NTAG emulation. I know the hardware and firmware of the Tiny Pro can support it, but the app does not. Is this a planned future update or is there something stopping developement for the NTAG app support?

The proxgrind developers are holding closed source Bluetooth BLE specs hostage due to vendetta against a strong willed, assertive and more talented woman. This means to you all prospective users of the app, that it is the only way to get Bluetooth support with the proxgrind family of devices. Laptop terminal access over BT is similarly shut out. If you have serial USB on your droid, use the open source Chameleon Mini Live Debugger app. This app is also a documented store front for sys backdoors.
