terrible design. Decent concept, but the game play is clunky and tedious. It is pay to play if you want any chance at succeeding or even growing your town. Be prepared to spend $1000 a month to compete. the "battles" are riddiculous, especially in cross-state competitions. You can only teleport to certain areas and this forces you to make long, slow marches that the enemy just moves away from. You can only teleport to a new zone by buying special teleports (in cross-state). Terrible game.

First off I have a suggestion for the developers, if you want players to keep playing stop gearing everything towards pay to win. I get the game needs to make money but come on give the players a break. Implementing some higher rewards and balancing out the game mechanics between p2w and f2p would be nice. We are to the point now most of us cannot be competitive because we cannot afford it. I like the game but having to pay to get somewhere makes it not worth playing.

There overall there is a lot of things to buy that is thrown at you as a new player. The upgrade system for heroes is way to complicated and finally the gear system is based on rolling for maybe getting the chance to craft the one you want. It was a pretty bad early experience that I can't continue to play.
