absolute trash. keeps on loading and crashing. very unresponsive. Pru is a rich and one of the leading companies in insurance industry. hope that you could invest in better IT solutions provider that can make this app faster and better. Whoever the developer is right now, they are incompetent. a lot of low level and cheap apps are faster and better than this one.

So many unnecessary things on the app. We just need an app that we can view our policy. We don't need a shop / useless ads and a bunch of stuff that are not related to our policy. This is the worst application that i ever used. Navigation is super super slow there's 5 seconds delay for everything because of the stupid useless app that the developers addeed. Make a separate app for those things for God's sake!

Cant login. How a proper insurance works, refer to AiA app which works very logical and friendly. Was going thru the review and what the developer says is sorry without any fix on software. You have 13 steps to go thru but the application failed on first step. Very disappointed. Hi, I was requesting you to fix the software and not to say sorry any more. If you can't fix it, remove this nonsense software which wast of time.
