About this app

MyCitroën allows you to connect to your Citroën vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your Citroën driving experience before, during and after each journey.

Before: The location of your parked Citroën vehicle is shown on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.

During: The app tracks the journeys you make and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.

After: Once you’ve parked your Citroën vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the rest of the way to your final destination on foot*^.

The MyCitroën application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.

MyCitroën also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple Citroën vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby Citroën dealerships and easily access their contact details.
- The latest Citroën news and offers relevant to you.

For added convenience, MyCitroën also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with Citroën Assistance, Contact Citroën and dealerships.

All Citroën models are compatible with the MyCitroën application. However, if your vehicle is not equipped with Bluetooth, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Ratings and reviews

All this app is good is keeping a track of your services, anything else it's useless, the older version of the app used to connect to your map through the car and you could see where you had been because it was shown through the map now all it gives you is the time it took for your journey, your fuel consumption, how many miles you have travelled. absolute rubbish.

In a word, useless. Aside from providing functions that I've managed without for 50 years, such as seeing the fuel gauge and sounding the horn on my phone, the one thing I wanted to do was read the manual, which Citroen doesn't supply with new cars. But the manual is very detailed, so it's too small to read on my phone, and the app will not install on either of my tablets, one of which is brand new and running Android 16 (so Citroen can't use the excuse that it's out of date).

I have a lease e-c3 Aircross Gen 2. To be fair I am enjoying the car, but the app is really not what it should be. It shows me battery level, charge status but that is it. I cannot get the e-remote features to work at all, nor does it track my trips. I have Data and Location sharing on the car, I've reset the connection several times and have even had Citroen technical team reset my account. Until I can use the whole features of the app, I can't give it more than 2 stars.
