About this app

MYPEUGEOT, the application for PEUGEOT owners, allows you to connect to your vehicle with your smartphone. It has been designed with integrated technologies to enhance your PEUGEOT driving experience before, during and after each journey.
Before: The location of your parked PEUGEOT vehicle is displayed on a map along with your current location, helping you to find it more easily*.
During: The app tracks your journeys and monitors the distance, fuel consumption and driving efficiency of each journey*^.
After: Once you’ve parked your PEUGEOT vehicle, the app can help you to navigate the way to your final destination on foot*^.

The MYPEUGEOT application will display data specific to your vehicle including the fuel level^, mileage^ and reminders of when scheduled servicing is due.
MYPEUGEOT also offers several other helpful features:
- Manage multiple PEUGEOT vehicles in the same application.
- Locate nearby PEUGEOT dealerships and their contact details.
- PEUGEOT news and offers relevant to you.

For added convenience, MYPEUGEOT also provides you with all of the useful telephone numbers, allowing you to easily get in touch with PEUGEOT Assistance, Contact PEUGEOT and dealerships.

All PEUGEOT models are compatible with the MyPEUGEOT application. However, if your PEUGEOT is not equipped with Bluetooth or does not have the ability to use our Connected Services, the ‘Driving’ tab (which provides details of your journeys, fuel consumption and mileage) is not displayed. You can still enjoy all of the other features of the app.

Ratings and reviews

When I first installed the app in July 2025, it was working perfectly. Moving forward to December 2025 the app quality has degraded rapidly. Nothing works anymore. The app is disconnecting daily. Trying to log in to the app takes ages. At the end of a journey, you receive the notification that a new journey is available in the driving space, but the journey is not pushed into the driving space, and the examples can go on. The same issues are occurring also for the IOS MyPeugeot app on Iphones.

Desperately disappointing. It's absolutely useless!! "The command failed, please try again" is the usual response when trying to connect to the car. Makes it impossible to stop charging at 80%. And, can't activate the climate control on cold mornings. Honestly, Peugeot should have just forgone having an app rather than this useless piece of trash. Although I quite like my car, there is no way I'll buy another Peugeot. It's just too frustrating dealing with this app...not worth the headache.

Car geo location doesn't work, vehicle data features work intermittently and take a long time to pull data. Requires a paid subscription after 6 month free trial with a new car. Basic app service for informational services should be free. uninstall is my next step! I have to give Peugeot the feedback that this makes me not even want to buy their cars. I would even consider returning my new e3008 only it's on a purchase plan. Had id4 before, app free and just worked.
