This app offers a live preview of the compressed video - before compressing the entire video you will know how it's going to look like and how much space it's going to take on disk.

This app has three modes to compress videos:
1. Quick Compress: The easiest way to compress videos. Simply select the amount of compression and click “compress”, the app will optimize the video to save space while looking as good as the original.
2. Compress to a specific file size: You specify the size of the video in MB (megabytes), press "compress" and let the app to the optimizations. This feature is recommended when you need to compress videos to an exact file size, for example to send them via email.
3. Compress to a specific resolution: Select a resolution from 144p, 240p, 360p, 480p, 720p and 1080p, the video will be resized to match your selection. This feature is optimal when you need to resize to a specific resolution.

Each mode supports batch compression and batch resizing, allowing you to compress multiple videos at the same time.

used it on several Android devices. the selection of video to convert is problematic: I cannot see the full name of the video file, only what fits in a tile. (Vendor suggested to use sharing of the video file with the app - this works - thank you (altho a bit unintuitive!) the other issue is that the compressed file is sent to a folder in /movies/compressvideo. I would like to tell the app where to place the compressed video. is that a paid version? I'd love to give 4.5 stars!

Just downloaded the app...but, so far, it's incredibly easy to use with a beautiful user interface. I normally just download a compressor app and then immediately delete it after one use. However, I think I shall keep this one. Don't want to risk losing it! (PS- There are ads but they are incredibly unobtrusive.)

If you choose high compression, and then switch the default setting of 360p to 1080p, it will tell you the result will be about 2/3 the size of the original. But when finished, its actually bigger than the original file. I downloaded it to compare to one I pay for(vidcompact), and at least that one will tell me ahead of time that certain files will be a bigger file after compacting so I don't waste my time.
