I use this app with my therapist. Easy to use and reliable most of the time. Only had a snag once where both of us were actively connected to the same room at the same time but weren't connected. We called each other, tried again and still didn't work. Had to use another teleconferencing app. It water thirty minutes of costly therapy time. ☹️ On the good side is I think it's HIPPA compliant and allows screen sharing.

Poor UX/UI. Camera PiP view and video view aren't in synch in landscape mode (video goes landscape, camera PiP stays in portrait). No way to test audio prior to therapist initiating session. Forced to use external speakers and mic. Won't work with BT earbuds. Two stars because it has only entirely frozen/crashed on us twice in eight sessions.

Surprised that Bluetooth headphones don't work with this app. I have never seen that happen in my entire life and didn't even know it was possible for an app to not use the Bluetooth headset. Every single other app has no trouble. Very odd.
