Step 7: Complete the facial recognition process
Step 8: Create a password
Step 9: Click "Finish"
Step 10: MyDigital ID account successfully registered

Hi, many figure displayed in the apps is very confusing. I checked the transaction and it did not reflect the amount I have been paying each month. Also why the payment took so much time to be reflected in the apps. Do you use intern to make these apps?

The recent update is a huge step forward. Integrating MyDigital ID makes logging in much more secure and convenient—no more struggling to remember complex passwords. The UI feels smoother and checking my SSPN balance is faster than before. Giving 4 stars because the eKYC process can still be a bit picky with lighting, but overall, it's a solid improvement!

Worst app ever. For people paying with credit card, if showing unsuccessful please don't do again the payment, as you will overpaid for it and they wont proceed the refund for you.
