About this app

The EMPIRE | KVCR Public Media App allows you to watch and listen to EMPIRE | KVCR television and radio programs, as well as FNX - First Nations Experience the only world indigenous television channel.

The app provides on-demand content of many PBS and EMPIRE | KVCR shows (including PBS Passport access for EMPIRE | KVCR members). This access provides live streaming radio and TV schedules plus the ability to explore additional localized content.

Live Streaming
• DVR-like controls (pause, rewind, and fast forward). You can pause the live stream to have a conversation and pick up right where you left off. Or rewind to catch a comment you just missed.
• Listen to the live stream from EMPIRE | KVCR even while traveling.
• Integrated program schedules for EMPIRE | KVCR Radio, EMPIRE | KVCR TV and FNX - First Nations Experience.
• Listen to EMPIRE | KVCR in the background while browsing the web or catching up on your emails.

I love the recorded feature. It let's me replay program segments of I might have missed or that I want to revisit after I've thought about it.

I use it daily. It's my preferred method for listening. But it does drop out a lot, which is frustrating.

App stops & I have to restart it several times. Really disappointing.
