mystlouispark enables service requests (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc.) to be submitted directly to your local City government, where it will be instantly routed to the correct administrator in the appropriate department.

App doesn't automatically update. Had to Uninstaller and reinstall to get to work. Couldn't create an account, only could lig in via Facebook.

Only got it for snow emergencies, tried to use it this year, won't open. Goes to blue screen and errors

App works fine. Making reports is easy.

What's new:
- Attachments over the 10 MB limit are now flagged straight away, instead of failing after a long upload.
- Fixed an issue where "Submitting request..." could keep spinning if an attachment failed to upload.
- General stability and performance improvements.
