The City of West Hollywood Official App connects you directly with West Hollywood City Hall. There is a function for service requests (potholes, noise complaints, dangerous conditions, etc.), which will be instantly submitted to the correct administrator in the appropriate division. In addition, there are features to connect you to City of West Hollywood news, programs, and resources!

Ratings and reviews

Has promise but missing some key features. 1) You can report a construction violation and upload a picture, which is great, but it doesn't accept MP4 videos shot from our phones. 2) you can track the progress of said report, but you aren't notified what happened. We're they fined? Who can I follow up with? Just ends up seemingly like the city did nothing.

Previously I would have given the app 5⭐ but it has not been functioning in either Android or iOS versions for the past few months with not a hint of a patch or update. Instead of loading, there's a "Whoops" message about a "connection error". Now I'm unable to file service requests or see those from my neighborhood. The app is, at present, completely non functional. Much like the City of West Hollywood.

App no longer displaying service requests. Clicking on any request brings up blank pages. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still have the same issue.
