This app is used by Publix associates and select business partners.

• Monitor work orders pending for repairs.
• Capture location coordinates upon checking in or out from a work order.
• Verify equipment to be repaired using the bar code scanning feature.
• Use the camera feature to capture before/after service images.
• Update resolution notes and add parts to work orders.
• Move work orders to different stages of completion (Open, Acknowledge, In Progress, Completion, and Sign Off).

This app is terrible! Crashes constantly, not user friendly. Spend more time trying to navigate app than fixing problem in store. Would give less than one star if I could. And why does it time out? If it takes more than an hour to fix problem then I have to waste at least 10 more minutes to find work order.SUCKS!

This app is horrible and whoever designed it needs to feel ashamed of themselves. For starters, you cannot upload photos from your gallery, navigation is terribly inefficient, and the overall UI is something out of a 1st grade design class. If I could rate this app any lower it would be too high still.
