I used to use this app all the time to do my shopping. Only this week I started having major problems, the verified by visa screen will not appear at all so I can't complete the purchase. I've tried the app and the site on my phone and my partners phone, no luck. I contacted Tesco they just told me to clear cookies etc. But I'm convinced its their problem not mine. I then tried using my computer at work internet explorer didn't work. I then downloaded Mozilla Firefox on the computer and amazingly it worked. I've now tried Mozilla on my phone, same thing no verified by visa shows up. I don't always have access to a computer so this is really upsetting and frustrating. Terrible service.
Major issues using the app tells me to update the app as this version is not supported. Have tried reinstalling same issue. The app will open but cannot search for anything times out. Cannot shop using the app at all.
Impossible to sign in after change of password on the website. I've been deleting, clearing cache, reinstalling numerous times with no avail. This has been for over 2 months now. Useless.
Totally unreliable. Spent over an hr selecting items and then lost the cart during check out. Also times out on previous shops so not much use.
App isn't working. I registered twice. When i sign in, It says wrong password. It is not only about app but on the website the same problem. You should fix it.
App doesn't work, can't login after resetting password multiple times. Website is terrible as well! Unless tech team behind tesco Ireland!
