The service works great, IF you do what is needed and have at least moderate technical skills. People complaining haven't taken the time to fully understand what it is they need to do to get full features of this service. It's going to take you several hours of hacking your phone. If that's not for you than use another service. After rooting my phone the service is pulling all data as expected. Only improvement would be able to see all full feature data from this app (some has to be via web).
This app was really good when it worked... If you want to monitor an Apple product that takes all updates, don't waste you're time with this app because they can't keep up with Apple's security coding... I'm over a month now they have not been able to update me
I bought this for my daughter. Thing I was most excited about was the tracking feature. It dosent work also the messages are only updated each night when the phone syncs with I cloud total waste of money
This app and the service is absolutely terrible. DO NOT PURCHASE THE PUMPIC SERVICE. They have written the terms of service so that it is impossible to get a refund. They require that you submit a refund request within 14 days of purchase AND you must be having technical issues in order for your request to be accepted. They require that you go through the technical support department first and see if they can fix your issue before you get a refund. I purchaded this app on Friday, April 21st, and by Sunday, April 23rd, I was already having problems. The app crashes and freezes constantly. I submitted a request to get a refund and was told by tech support to uninstall and reinstall the app. When I informed them this did not fix my problem and I wanted a refund, they were dismissive and told me to use my web browser to access the controls. I have requested a refund and been denied, even though I am having technical issues and I am within my 14 day refund period. I was told that my refund could not be granted because the app is provided free of charge and since the service is working and that is what I paid for, I cannot get my money back. I am having technical issues that have not been solved, and they refuse to give me a refubd. This is completely unacceptable. I will be contacting my credit card company to cancel this charge immediately since my refund is not being issued. I will also be looking at how to file a complaint against this company and service, and be reaching out to the Pumpic executives until I receive my money back. Do not purchase this service. It is basically a scam to get you to pay money that they won't give back to you.
Location tracking is completely unreliable. Works for hour then stops. Customer service can't fix problem and won't give refund. GARBAGE
This company is awful and their customer service is even worse, this app, monitoring system they guarantee to work does not, they also indicate money back guarantee if not satisfied, not true, they will throw at you a certain amount of day clause after the purchase, long story short, apple is locking down some IDs, we were one of them, and I believe it is mainly due to unauthorized cloud access which I believe is tied to pumpic, I have made formal complaints with them and pumpic stated that because it is not anything in "their" control they will not refund my funds, so it is not under "my control either", where is the service?? Client satisfaction?? Is that really how you do business?? I bought this product, idea from pumpic, not apple, they want to take non liability what so ever, I will be filing a compliant with this company in the BBB and state attorneys office, I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. **Update, let me add the customer service experience is awful, I placed a dispute because the company did not want to refund us our funds, pumpic stated they would refund me my funds so we cancelled the dispute ( what a stupid move on our end ), now the pumpic states they cannot refund is the funds because my cc provide us the credit, this of course is NOT the case. We have been back and forth with this company now going on 3 months with communications going back and forth, this tells what type of company you are dealing with, please do not let this company STEAL your money.
