The app used to be simple before they completely redesigned the app. Now I have to go to the website to view my rewards. I have to log in whenever I use the app. And now I'm being asked to register with another site every time I place an order. This is a huge step in the wrong direction. I like the food, but I seriously think it would be easier to order on the web site than to use this app.

poor. They took a perfectly good app and made it very difficult to use. You can no longer scan your receipt for points, no longer view your points bank, and it doesn't even show my most recent order/purchase.

Redeeming rewards is hit or miss. And purchasing COLD sandwiches through the app, I'm charged tax on, but when purchasing in-store, there is no tax for cold items taken to go. Charging sales tax on items that are not supposed to be taxed, such as cold sandwiches through the app, which are made to-go, makes me avoid ordering through the app. It would be nice if the app correctly reflected what was charged tax and what is not supposed to be taxed, instead of taxing everything, regardless.
