The apps gift card function is hit or miss in stores. The cause can be pointed at either hardware or software but why is there no functionality with ordering online and paying with virtual gift card? The rewards aspect is fair and straightforward. There is a limit on the # of times a points can be earned, within a set period of time. I understand the need to limit the cheating of rewards points but what about the customers that make multiple purchases in a single visit? Am I forced to open a tab

Ordering isn't user friendly. Rewards points are glitchy. I have had a couple times where it says it cannot be applied, and I havn't used another promotion. No option to select to pay at the store. If you use the app you have to use a card. What happens when you can't use your rewards, and you have to pay with a card? You either give up and not use the rewards, or stop ordering and place the order over the phone... ie you just wasted your time. The store cannot fix it post purchase. Bad system

The menu doesn't describe the items very well (WHAT is "Inferno Style" and why should i pay an extra buck for it?), plus the app says to let the cashier scan my QR code to earn points, but the cashier (and manager) says it doesn't work that way; that i have to scan the barcode on my receipt. Also, the app doesn't offer "dine-in" as an option. Overall, it's kind of an amateurish app for a national chain.
