Ratings and reviews

Sign in issues. I go to profile for past orders or to just sign in. The prompt for signing in stays even after you sign in, you have to hit "x" otherwise you will be caught in a loop. Ordering is usually a laggy but okay process afterwards, just make sure you specify a time or the app will not let you proceed and doesn't say why. My biggest issue is that if I leave the app and transfer over to another, I have to log in again and deal with the same annoying prompt and you lose any order inputs

This app has become unusable for buying online and viewing all menu item options. I couldn't add any payment methods and one time i wanted to use an app exclusive discount for a family menu item that wouldn't show up unless if you searched for it specifically in the search bar only and not in the actual menu itself. I would buy more often from luna grill if this wasn't so difficult especially when i dont live near one. Now i can only order in person on the rare chance im near the one in my area

Yeah, I have"use location" turned off and the app: 1. won't bring up my keyboard when I try to type in the search bar and 2. Crashes after a few seconds if I remain on the screen where I choose a restaurant. Pretty much useless if I want to order online. The QR code that displays when I "check-in" at the register works at least! Got my $5 discount lol.
