I have an existing login to the website, but the app won't let me log in. I'm getting an incorrect information submitted entered error. I know the login/password works because I used it to log into the site. I've now waited two weeks for a response to my support ticket, and no reply other than the initial confirmation that says a response will come in three days. Meanwhile I have several receipts that I'm not getting credit for that will expire. Fix the issue and I'll adjust my review.

I love that that you get $10 back but I hate that the only way it can be applied is if you call in and order. The promo. Code buttons on both the mobile and the computer site don't work at all.
