Terrible app. All it's really good for is looking at the menu, searching locations, and getting special offers. When you place an order through the app there is nowhere to check order status or order history, nor do you get a receipt so you don't know if the order went through or not. Then when you go to pick up order one hour later they make the sub on the spot instead of having it ready. This app needs major improvement to be useful.

Terrible app, lost my appetite trying to figure out how to place an order. I was going through the menus for a half hour trying to place a pickup order for two sandwiches. Andvthen I finally got it to respond to checkout, the floating cart icon was blocking the "add a payment card" button. So I gave up. Quiznos is always amazing but the app is terrible.

Worst online sub app ever. Only allowed two scans a day. On top of that, I had a 60 dollar receipt to redeem. And no matter how long I wait, it tells me 2 scans a day when I haven't scanned anything in a week! Also, the fact you can spend 12.99 and only get 12 points for it feels like I'm being cheated out of my money.
