The app was much better than expected. Lots of choices of main dishes, sides, spices, sauces & drinks. Easy to navigate, easy to make changes, choose to pick-up, curbside or delivery. I chose pick-up for the following day. It was put on the pick-up shelf as I walked in the door. Very nice & easy experience. It's now my favorite chicken place.

App was great the first few times I used it. Now whenever I go in to place an order, I get an error message and it won't even let me see which stores are close to me, let alone what the menu is so I can order. I've force stopped the app and deleted/reinstalled it, too. Still nothing. Would love for this to get fixed.

The food is really good but the app needs some work. I want to be able to have the option to select only entrees as well as meals. Not every time I go out to eat do I want a drink included and I definitely don't want to be forced to get one. The menu needs bigger images so u can see what the item looks like before I click into it. Other than that, it was easy to order and the service was fast.
