One of the most frustrating loyalty apps I've ever used. The Android OS "tampering check" constantly prevents the app from running when I need to register new points. No, I haven't even turned on Developer Mode, much less jailbroken my device but here we are. I should easily have more than 200+ points than I do but because the app constantly refuses to work after I make a purchase in store, I've had points expire over and over and over again.

Pros: allows you to order your food ahead so you don't have to wait for them to make it. Cons: no option to set a preferred location; consequently every time I go to order it takes a long time to load before presenting with a list of the closest locations, not in order of proximity. There is only 1 New York location! So then I have to scroll through the list which are mostly in California. Also there is no option to use the app to place a "to stay" order. They'd sell more wine to me if there was.

Often freezes when ordering from the restaurant. And then you have to start over. In addition, they will not let you use a gift card unless your total order amount is less than the amount on the gift card. In other words, you can't use the entire gift card and then overflow to another payment method like the credit card. That is a bad experience, as it more or less keeps some money locked up in the gift card permanently.
