Impossible to create an account. I tried using my email address and phone number, and both times I recieveve an error saying that they're already in use. Also, the lack of an option to go back to try another way of creating an account is maddening. I had to uninstall and reinstall the app 6 times due to this oversight.

It used to work. Now everytime I try to log on it says "oops, something went wrong!" I thought I might have been using my password incorrectly so I reset it then tried again but it still said "oops, something went wrong." This is very annoying. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the IT team would help me out here. This is upsetting.

I recently upgraded to a new Galaxy phone, and I have encountered a problem logging into my account. After verifying all of the data, it cannot proceed due to my phone number being taken 😑 I've had to uninstall the app 7 times!!! This is unacceptable 😤
