It used to work. Now everytime I try to log on it says "oops, something went wrong!" I thought I might have been using my password incorrectly so I reset it then tried again but it still said "oops, something went wrong." This is very annoying. I would greatly appreciate if someone from the IT team would help me out here. This is upsetting.

The most recent update causes the app to crash every time it's opened. Android version 14.
