So, on an afternoon of 12 Dec I sat down on the Express, opened the app and.... my ticket was nowhere to be found. It's ridiculous enough that I must be online to open the ticket, but the ticket wasn't there at all. Refresh refresh refresh and nothing. Not in used tickets, not in unused tickets.
Easy to use, works with overseas credit cards, includes offers for advance booking. Some slight glitches - it's Nov 2016 and I accidentally marked a ticket for Feb 2017 as "Used" , and can't unmark it. Hopefully the ticket is still valid. It would be nice if the "mark as used" functionality: a) would not mark future-dated tickets as used or would ask for confirmation b) were reversible (button changes to "mark as unused" for tickets marked as used)?
No problems I was a bit worried given the reviews, but this app worked perfectly. I had no problems buying a ticket, it was quick and easy and instantly displayed on my device. It did ask for camera permissions but only because it can scan credit cards and put the details in automatically. Would use again!
Works with some big bugs I can't move tickets to used tickets (annoying when you use this service a lot). Often it wants to load data when you open it before you can do anything. Useless if you've got no data like in the t3 platforms. Otherwise I can buy tickets OK with it.
Don't waste your time! Used to work, now impossible to actually buy a ticket... For those of you stuck in the "8 adult minimum." loop.. stop now delete the app and never look back!
Big bugs Same bug as some described before. Says you need minimum of 8 adults and then when you put in 8, says maximum of 1 adults. Please fix the bug as right now can't buy tickets.
