Won't connect Just got a Jongo S3X and managed to set it up from its own WiFi but cannot connect through app. Not impressed!
Samsung S5 app won't work. This update has prevented me from accessing my music... The app opens then immediately closes.. as a violet subscriber I'm angry that I'm now paying money for something I can't use. Sort this out now.
Completely unreliable Jongo speakers sound great when working but pairing therm and getting then to reliably connect through my Wifi is a constant frustration. Using Bluetooth and WiFi together which you need to do to enable Spotify seems to send this app into a spin. Everything else in my house connects fine so I feel it must be a buggy app??
Generally good Works well almost all the time. Ocassionally the app won't open and needs uninstalling and re-installing. As I stream mostly, this is fine for me as my favorites are associated with my account. Creating play lists and listening to radio is mainly what I do. Always manage to find what I want with very few exceptions such as artists like AC/DC. I use Jongo S3 and T6 and both have great sound quality. My phone is Samsung S5 and I also use Samsung Note 10.1 as well as MS Windows 8 on both laptop and Surface.
Nice speaker, useless app HTC One(M8) plays fine via Bluetooth. No idea about wi-fi though as the app will not connect the speaker to it via setup. Using a standard VirginMedia hub.. so whats the problem? Seems there are many others with similar issues...
RUBBISH APP I subscribed to violet subscription so I could download play lists to my Samsung Mobile Phone but doesn't let me download anything - just keeps saying cannot due to server error -when I know I am connected - pants app - have uninstalled - why can't you fix it - you have had plenty of complaints?
