Won't connect Just got a Jongo S3X and managed to set it up from its own WiFi but cannot connect through app. Not impressed!
Samsung S5 app won't work. This update has prevented me from accessing my music... The app opens then immediately closes.. as a violet subscriber I'm angry that I'm now paying money for something I can't use. Sort this out now.
RUBBISH APP I subscribed to violet subscription so I could download play lists to my Samsung Mobile Phone but doesn't let me download anything - just keeps saying cannot due to server error -when I know I am connected - pants app - have uninstalled - why can't you fix it - you have had plenty of complaints?
Broken No longer works on my phone (Nexus 6) since the last update. Can't even open the app. Edit: Cleared the app cache and has started working again. Disappointed that I've had to do this when i'm paying £5 a month, app should have been better tested before the update was rolled out. Edit: Now have to clear the app cache every few days to keep it working. Please fix this.
Stopped working Was always a bit glitchy, but since the update opens then closes straight away. When it was working it often didn't find the speakers, they would be there then disappear etc. Really want it to work as it should.
Rarely opens, crashes often..must fix Sometimes you can't even access the app. I uninstall and reinstall then get a use out of it. Spent money on 3 speakers and an A2. Really need to solidify the app.
