I am surprised that it's an active App for a professional property portal. Absolutely disappointing and not properly tested, too many bugs and issues to mention in a short review. You can't view the messages, can't see appointments or even see your own advert most of the time, not to mention that it crashes every time I tried to select the "Reschedule" appointment option. Website works but the app is useless and needs a lot of work and proper testing before launch.

Has the features you need, but does not work correctly. Various error messages and failures to load. Have to resort to the browser version but the even that is inconsistent. Considering you have to run your own sale from it, it's very poor service. Having contacted Purplebricks about the errors, i was told the complaint would not be upheld, because I should contact my designated account manager. This seems pointless as they do not run the app.

Might be the worst company app I've ever downloaded. Constant unexpected error pop ups, unable to use chat function, unable to reschedule house viewings, unable to update personal information (button is permanently greyed out all the time). In short - I was not able to do a single thing in this app other than login to my account.
